Bought from a Kalst store?

Open the link in your receipt email. It takes you to your account on that store, where your files and bookings wait.

No email? Open the store you bought from, go to your account there, and type the email you paid with. We email you a link to sign in.

Want a refund? Ask for it from your account on that store.

Want your data deleted? Ask the store, or write to support@kalst.com and we pass your request on to it.

For a question about what you bought, write to the store. For anything else, write to support@kalst.com. Tell us the store's address and the email you bought with.

Start

Create your store

Sign up and answer three questions about what you make. Your store drafts itself in about 30 seconds. Check it, add your product, and publish. You need no card to do it.

Preview and publish

Open Store in your dashboard. Preview shows your store the way buyers will see it. Press Publish when you are ready.

Edit your pages

Open Pages. Pick a page, change its sections, and publish when it looks right.

Change your design

Open Design. Pick a theme, add your logo and set your brand color. If text would be hard to read, we show a color that works.

Connect your own domain

Open Domains and type a domain you own. We show the records to add where you bought it. You can send those steps to a helper. Your own domain comes with Pro.

Sell

Add a product

Open Products and press Add a product. Pick a type, then give it a title and a price. A live card shows it as you type. Add your file, and publish.

Sort products into sections

Open Products, then Sections. Drag products from one section to the next, or use Move to. Save when you are done.

Take bookings

Open Settings and connect your calendar. It can be Google Calendar, Microsoft 365, Apple Calendar or Zoom. Buyers only see times when you are free.

Set your store policies

Open Policies to set your refund, privacy and terms pages. Buyers find them on your store.

Get paid

Connect Stripe

Open Payments and connect your own Stripe account. Money from each sale goes straight to it. We take 0% of every sale.

See your sales

Open Sales to see each order, who bought it and what it made.

The AI Seller

Teach the Seller and test it

Open Seller. Add answers to the questions buyers ask, and the rules it must keep. Paste a few of your captions so it learns your voice. Then chat with it yourself.

Wake the Seller

Three steps wake it.

add a card, connect Instagram, set the voice

Then chat with it yourself 3 times. After that, it can go live.

No Instagram yet? The Seller can start on your store chat.

A card wakes the AI Seller on every plan, Free included. Nothing is charged. Free holds 100 Seller conversations a month.

Turn the Seller off

Open Seller and press Turn off. No new chats can start while it is off. Press Turn back on when you are ready.

When the Seller stops

Did you turn it off? Open Seller and press Turn back on.

Did your card fail? Update your card, and the Seller wakes again. Your store keeps selling the whole time.

Used up this month's chats? Add a top-up, move up a plan, or wait for the new month.

How long chats are kept

Keep conversations, in the AI Seller's settings, sets how long a chat's transcript is kept after it ends: from 1 day to 12 months. Each one is deleted within about an hour of passing it. Only the store owner can shorten it, with her password. The sales a chat made stay in your Ledger.

See which chats made a sale

Open Attribution. Each sale the Seller closed links to its chat. Open one to see how the sale came about.

Your account

Change your plan

Open Plan to see your plan and move up or down. If you cancel, your store goes back to Free when your paid time ends. Your own domain keeps working for 30 days, then sends buyers to your kalst.com address. We show you what changes before you confirm.

Export your data

Open Settings and start an export. We build a file of your store's data and give you a link to get it.

Take your store offline

Open Settings and press Unpublish store. Your store shows a holding page, and nothing is deleted. Your Seller stops answering while it is offline. Press Put your store back online to open it again.

Delete your store

Open Settings to delete your store. It goes offline at once. For 30 days you can press Recover store to bring it back. After that it is erased, except the records the law makes us keep.

Erase a buyer's data

Open Settings and find Erase a buyer's data, or press Erase this buyer's data on one of their orders. Press Check to see what would be erased first. It covers every store on your account. Only the store owner can erase, with her password.

Paid orders keep their amounts and payment references for your books, without the buyer's email. Stripe keeps its own records, and a choice not to get emails stays. They keep what they bought through the link in their receipt, but can no longer get it back by email.

When an erasure has to wait

Cancel a subscription that is still billing in its order. A payment plan can't be cancelled, so it waits for the last payment. Cancel an upcoming booking or let it pass, and decide an open refund request. A refund being paid, a checkout and a chat end on their own.

Press Erase automatically once these are finished. It erases the data itself when nothing is left.

Answer the buyer

A reply you can send: We erased your data from our store on [date], reference [the reference under Erasures so far]. We kept only what the law makes us keep for our books: the amounts and dates of your payments. You keep what you bought through the link in your receipt.

Asked for a copy of their data instead? Export your store's data in Settings, and send them only their own orders, bookings and chats from it.

Sign in and reset your password

Forgot your password? Press the link on the sign-in page. We email you a link to set a new one.
